Tom Siko

Experience: Tom has more than 25 years of consulting experience working with companies such as CSC, Deloitte, CapGemini and RAM Mobile Data to implement technology solutions for clients that met the needs of their business as their business changed. Tom’s expertise lies at the intersection of business and technology. This, coupled with his experience in people management, sales, project oversight, P&L responsibility, and client relationship management creates the value that he brings to clients.

Tom received his Bachelors degree in Business and Information Science from Western Illinois University.

Primary Focus: Understanding your business and business operations, and then applying technology to your business in order to improve efficiency, productivity, decision making, profitability, and competitiveness.

Richard J. Potter

* Experience: Dick spent 25 years in general management, sales and marketing management and business development for Deloitte Consulting, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and Eastman Kodak Company.

His B.A. is from University of San Francisco, and his M.B.A. is from Northwestern University.

* Primary Focus: Most recently, Dick developed the global account program for Deloitte Consulting. Prior to that, Dick held sales and marketing management positions, including P&L responsibility, with both Ryder and Kodak.

Don Oehlert

* Experience: Don has over 25 years of experience in high tech. He worked for Apple Compter, Inc. for over 16 years, the last eight years serving as an on-staff marketing and field sales programs manager. For the first eight years at Apple, he was a pre-sales technical support consultant. This technical foundation, coupled with Don's intimate knowledge of marketing principles is unique in the industry.

Don received his B.S. in Communications from Illinois State University.

* Primary focus: "Effective marketing is more than just tactics. 360 degree marketing is strategic, and requires thorough analysis, coupled with creative thinking and logical planning. The planning step is then followed by razor-sharp execution of those plans."
