StrategyStreet.com is a new concept for strategy development. It improves the strategic capability of managers and companies by drawing on years of practical experiences of thousands of managers in hundreds of industries.

What We Offer
StrategyStreet.com offers a complete, step-by-step strategy development process supported by a substantial system of new ideas. This program was developed over many years of experience in and research on markets of every kind. The site offers this experience and research in three integrated parts.

The Basic Strategy Guide is the StrategyStreet.com centerpiece for all subscribers. The purpose of this guide is to minimize the time it takes a manager to develop a sound strategy. It covers the most important strategic steps, explains what the step requires, why it is important, and what the step should reveal and then directs the user to more information, if needed. This information link takes the user to the Advanced Site.

The Advanced Site offers more extensive ideas and explanations to the experienced user. The Advanced Site includes two major sections. Diagnostic Tools gives the user additional strategic perspective and knowledge. This section helps the user acquire a deeper understanding of the implications of market developments, helps the user develop effective analyses and actions, and provides benchmarks for financial performance. The navigation bar for this section is also on the left hand margin of each page of the web site.
